Mariah Carey’s most-streamed song on Spotify is “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” with 2,532,578,142 streams in Kworb’s count last updated October 6, 2026. That is more than 2.5 times the total for the next-ranked song, “We Belong Together.” The ranking below uses reported lifetime totals from that date; stream counts change, so treat the figures as a dated snapshot rather than a live chart.

What stands out in the ranking?
“All I Want for Christmas Is You” has a commanding lead
At 2.53 billion reported streams, the holiday hit sits far above the rest of the list. ChartMasters associates it with Carey’s album Merry Christmas. Its position is a lifetime-total result; the ranking does not establish how much of its listening happens during the holiday season.

Two close contenders occupy second and third
“We Belong Together” leads “Obsessed” by 7,038,097 streams in this snapshot. That gap is small enough for the order to change as totals grow. “We Belong Together” is associated with The Emancipation of Mimi, while “Obsessed” is another of Carey’s major 2000s-era hits.
The countdown crosses eras and includes a collaboration
“Fantasy” and “Always Be My Baby,” both associated with Daydream, appear at fourth and fifth. “I Know What You Want” is credited as a collaboration featuring Flipmode Squad, not a solo Carey performance. The lower half also includes the holiday recording “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home),” the pop hit “Touch My Body,” and the ballads “Without You” and “Hero”; ChartMasters places the latter two in the album contexts of Music Box and Music Box, respectively.
Rank #2
Is this the same as Spotify’s “Top tracks” list?
No. This is a ranking by reported lifetime stream totals from Kworb, not a list issued by Spotify. Spotify’s official artist page uses a separate “Top tracks” display: when checked for this article, its first three entries included “Obsessed,” “Fantasy,” and “We Belong Together,” rather than following Kworb’s lifetime-count order. Spotify’s display and a tracker’s all-time totals answer different questions.
ChartMasters independently shows the same top-ten order in its inspected dataset, though its counts differ modestly because the figures were captured at a different time. That corroborates the broad ordering, not an exact, timeless count.
