What does each character bring to the story?
Enzo Favara — Riccardo Frascari
Enzo’s story begins with hardship: as a child, he worked in a Sicilian sulfur mine. Joining the Torrisi family offers the prospect of a better life, but his rise brings him into a world shaped by violence. The official profile frames his path around loyalty, ambition, and growing disillusionment with that violence.

Isabella Torrisi — Carina Conti
Isabella is Don Torrisi’s daughter, but she wants to escape the narrow life available to her in Sicily. Her attraction to Enzo develops alongside the secrecy and loyalties that come with her family’s position.
Gianluca “Luca” Trapani — Alberto Frezza
Luca is the family’s underboss: measured, loyal to Don Torrisi, and a mentor to younger men. His preference for restraint puts him at odds with Tino’s more aggressive approach.

Agostino “Tino” Russo — Anthony Skordi
Tino serves as Don Torrisi’s consigliere and distrusts Enzo from the beginning. His ruthlessness and suspicion place him in contrast with Luca’s more restrained counsel.
Bernardo “Don” Torrisi — Johnny Santiago
Don Torrisi built the family’s criminal enterprise and maintains a vineyard. He is also protective of Isabella, making his role both the organization’s leader and her father.

What languages have voice acting?
PlayStation’s US product page lists voice support in Czech, English, French (France), German, Russian, and Spanish. Italian voice support is not included in that list, so the game’s Sicilian setting should not be taken as confirmation of an Italian voice track. The available cast sources do not identify performers for every localized version.
What is Mafia: The Old Country about?
The publisher describes the game as an origin story set in early-1900s Sicily, following Enzo as he joins Don Torrisi’s crime family. Hangar 13 president Nick Baynes described the premise in the publisher’s May 8, 2025 announcement: “Embracing early 1900s era Sicily, this is a mafia origin story that follows our protagonist, Enzo Favara, as he takes the oath and works his way up Don Torrisi’s crime family.”
