What the ranking says—and what it doesn’t
“CAN’T STOP THE FEELING!” leads this snapshot with more than 2.12 billion reported streams. “Mirrors” is second at about 1.66 billion, and “SexyBack” places third at about 1.55 billion. The gaps between these top three and the remaining entries are substantial, while the two tracks at the bottom are close: “4 Minutes” is ahead of “Give It To Me” by 2,203,134 reported streams.
The table includes collaborations and featured appearances. In particular, “4 Minutes” credits Madonna alongside Timberlake and Timbaland, and “Give It To Me” is a Timbaland track featuring Timberlake and Nelly Furtado. Their presence reflects association with Timberlake’s artist catalog, not a claim that they are solo recordings. A solo-only top ten would require excluding featured appearances and recalculating the remaining positions.

Why Spotify’s artist profile may show a different order
Spotify’s own profile feature is not simply a fixed all-time-stream leaderboard. Spotify for Artists Support says popular tracks are “automatically generated based on the number of all-time streams, with adjustments made for how recent those streams were.” Spotify says the tracks update every 24 hours and cannot be manually changed. Spotify for Artists Support: Artist profile
That recency adjustment means the order visible on a live profile can differ from Kworb’s cumulative-stream order. The counts and ranking here answer a narrower question: which tracks had the largest reported lifetime totals in the October 5, 2026 third-party snapshot.
Rank #2
Album context for “SexyBack”
Spotify’s artist profile identifies FutureSex/LoveSounds as the album that generated “SexyBack.” The song’s third-place position in this dated stream ranking makes it a standout from that album, though the ranking measures streams rather than critical reception, sales, or cultural influence.
