What did the divorce filing say about the children?
Reports about the documents described Lauryn and Josh as agreeing to joint legal and physical custody of their four children. E! reported that both waived the right to request child support; WSB-TV also reported shared custody and no child support or alimony. These are terms as reported from documents, not a separate review of the primary court docket.
WSB-TV reported that the filing characterized the marriage as “irretrievably broken.” That phrase is attributed to the court documents, not a public statement by either spouse. The report on the filing is available from WSB-TV, and E!’s account of the reported custody terms is at E!.

The 2022 order concerned Lauryn’s relationship with her sister Alana. The 2024 divorce concerned Lauryn’s marriage to Josh and custody arrangements for their four children. The available reporting establishes those events and dates, but does not establish Alana’s current legal arrangements after she became an adult or explain why Lauryn and Josh’s marriage ended.
