Its first products were three gummies—Matcha, Chill and Focus—marketed for energy, stress support and concentration. The brand has since expanded its product range and retail presence, but its product descriptions and benefit claims are not independent proof that the supplements deliver those outcomes.
What is Lemme?
Lemme is a supplement brand founded by Kourtney Kardashian Barker. In its September 12, 2022 launch announcement, the company said the products had been developed after five years of work with scientists, physicians and botanists, and announced an initial online launch for September 27. Those development details are the company’s account, not an independent assessment of the process. Lemme’s 2022 launch announcement named three gummy products, each priced at $30 at launch.
Which products launched first?
Lemme Matcha
The launch announcement described Matcha as an energy gummy containing organic matcha, CoQ10 and vitamin B12. Lemme said it was designed to support cellular energy and energy metabolism and help convert food into energy. These are the brand’s stated intended benefits.
Lemme Chill
Chill was presented as a de-stress gummy with KSM-66 ashwagandha, passionflower, lemon balm and goji berry. Lemme said the formula was intended to support reduced stress and healthy cortisol levels and to reduce stress-related food cravings.

Lemme Focus
Focus was marketed for concentration and included Cognizin citicoline, organic lion’s mane, organic MCT oil and vitamin B12. Lemme said it was intended to support focus, concentration and attention.
The ingredients and intended uses above describe the launch-era products and marketing. The available company materials do not independently establish that these finished products produce the advertised effects.

How has Lemme expanded?
Lemme’s product range and sales channels have grown beyond the original three gummies. The company’s official homepage, accessed October 8, 2026, featured Play Gummies, Colostrum Liquid, Tone Gummies, Grow Capsules, Immunity Gummies and Debloat Gummies. The page showed prices of $30 for Play, Tone, Immunity and Debloat, $25 for Colostrum Liquid and $50 for Grow. This is a dated storefront snapshot, not a complete catalog or a guarantee of current prices or stock. The Lemme storefront also describes ingredients as “clinically-studied” and says products are validated by third-party testing; those statements are the brand’s claims.
Walmart and other retail availability
Lemme announced a Walmart rollout beginning January 1, 2026, with five gummies and chews planned for just over 2,000 U.S. stores: Purr Vaginal Probiotic Gummies, Debloat Daily Digestive Gummies, Sleep Gummies, Play Daily Intimacy Gummies and Curb Soft Chews. The announcement also said a broader assortment would be sold online at Walmart.com. Because this was a company announcement, check current local stock and assortment before making a purchase. An iHerb announcement described a retail partnership intended to expand Lemme’s international availability. It specifically said Lemme GLP-1 Daily is available only to iHerb customers outside the United States; availability may vary by location and should be checked with the retailer. Creatine Gummies
In a January 9, 2026 announcement, Lemme said each serving of its Creatine Gummies provides 5 g of micronized creatine monohydrate, contains AstraGin and is NSF Certified for Sport. These are product specifications and certification statements attributed to the company’s release; they do not, by themselves, establish a health outcome. The Creatine Gummies announcement provides the company’s details. Lemme’s press-release index lists additional launches and expansions through 2026, but an index headline alone does not establish efficacy or current availability.

What can be concluded about the claims?
The available materials chiefly document Lemme’s launch history, product descriptions, brand-reported ingredients, stated retail channels and disclaimers. They do not independently verify that Lemme products deliver promoted benefits. A study of an ingredient does not automatically show that a particular finished product, dose or use produces the same result. Accordingly, claims about energy, stress, focus or other outcomes should be read as the brand’s marketing unless supported by evidence specific to the product and claim.
Lemme’s FAQ says the company does not formulate with high-fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, synthetic colors, gelatin, gluten, GMO ingredients or palm oil. It also says its gummies contain no more than 1–2 grams of sugar per gummy. These are statements from the brand, not independent testing results. How should customers approach use?
Lemme’s FAQ says customers may use products daily, while directing them to follow each product’s Suggested Use. The company advises consulting a physician if a customer is pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition or taking medication. This is general brand guidance, not individualized medical advice.
The FAQ also carries the disclaimer: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”
