Justin Timberlake announced The Forget Tomorrow World Tour during his January 25, 2024, appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The tour began as a 22-city North American itinerary, later expanded to 67 shows worldwide, and concluded in Turkey in July 2025. “Upcoming” describes the announcement’s original 2024 context; the tour is over.
What Timberlake announced on Fallon
Timberlake appeared on The Tonight Show to discuss his then-upcoming album, Everything I Thought It Was. The show’s official video listing says he reenacted Jimmy Fallon’s reaction to hearing the album and announced The Forget Tomorrow World Tour. Live Nation described it as Timberlake’s first tour in five years.
In its announcement, Live Nation wrote: “Last night on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, renowned musician, actor, and entertainer Justin Timberlake announced his first tour in 5 years with The Forget Tomorrow World Tour.” That was the promoter’s statement, not a quote spoken by Timberlake.
How the tour itinerary grew
The initial announcement outlined 22 North American cities, starting April 29, 2024, in Vancouver and ending July 9 in Lexington, Kentucky. At that point, European and UK dates were still to come.

A later announcement from Sony Music Entertainment Europe reported 67 shows worldwide, with dates spanning April to December 2024. The expanded itinerary included Poland, Germany, Belgium, the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, and France. The 22-city and 67-show figures describe the itinerary at the time each announcement was made; they are not attendance or ticket-sales totals.
The album and songs behind the tour
The tour was tied to Everything I Thought It Was, Timberlake’s sixth studio album, released through RCA Records on March 15, 2024. The concert program was expected to include songs from the album, the single “Selfish,” and familiar hits.

Ticket information from the original announcement
The original release listed a fan-club presale beginning January 29, 2024, cardholder presales beginning January 30, and general on-sale beginning February 2. VIP packages were also offered. These were historical sale dates, not current purchasing options; the tour concluded in 2025.

The announcement was news in January 2024, when the album and first tour dates lay ahead. The Associated Press reported that the tour concluded in Turkey in July 2025. As of October 2026, it is best understood as a completed tour announced on Fallon, rather than an upcoming event.
