Why other reported totals differ
A 2026 report by realestate.com.au framed the couple’s global property holdings as a $282 million property empire. That, too, is a reported estimate—not a court valuation. The available reporting does not establish that it covers the same properties or ownership interests as the $50 million claim, so the two figures cannot be compared as if they were competing appraisals of an identical portfolio.

What the divorce record establishes
Nicole Kidman filed for divorce in Nashville on September 30, 2025, according to ABC News, citing court documents. On January 6, 2026, a Nashville judge granted the divorce. The Associated Press reported that the judge found the couple’s agreements on assets and child custody sufficient; ABC also reported that the settlement covered those matters.

That outcome does not, by itself, reveal an itemized division of real estate or confirm a total value for the couple’s properties. The available reporting does not establish that every residence was jointly owned, that properties were divided equally, or which person received any particular home.
