Yuji’s Blood Manipulation training
The recap says a flashback shows Choso struggling to teach Yuji Blood Manipulation after Yuji’s lessons with Noritoshi Kamo. It also identifies Yuta Okkotsu as the other person with whom Yuji swapped souls.
Choso protects Yuji
During Sukuna’s domain attack, Choso creates a blood barrier to shield Yuji and dies in the flames, according to the recap. It describes a brief farewell in a soul-world setting, where Yuji calls Choso “big brother.”

Todo returns
After Choso’s death, Todo returns. The recap says the chapter ends with Todo and Yuji charging toward Sukuna. It also describes why Todo could not get Choso and Yuji out of the domain in time; those explanations are the recap’s account of the scene, not an independent technical description of the technique.
