Jennifer Lopez shared a family-photo carousel with her twins, Emme and Max, on Instagram on July 28, 2024. The caption, reported by both iHeart and PureWow, was “My whole heart.”
What Lopez shared
iHeart described a carousel featuring a newer photo of Max standing beside Lopez, a selfie with Emme, and a throwback image of the twins when they were younger. PureWow likewise described recent photos with each twin and a childhood photo of the siblings snuggling together.
iHeart reported that the selfie with Emme was taken during a May trip to Paris, citing People for that detail. The Paris location is therefore attributed to that report, rather than established here from direct inspection of the Instagram post.
When the post appeared
Lopez posted the carousel on Sunday, July 28, 2024. iHeart published its report the following day, and PureWow covered the post on August 2. The phrase “new photos” referred to photos newly shared at that time, not a new post today.

Who are Emme and Max?
Emme and Max are Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s twins. They were 16 when Lopez shared this carousel in July 2024; that age describes the post date, not their present ages.
