Durante su aparición en Un Nuevo Día, Bracamontes confirmó que estaba embarazada por cuarta vez y que esperaba dos bebés. En el mismo segmento explicó: “Este es mi cuarto embarazo, tengo catorce semanas que son tres meses y medio”. Telemundo informó sobre el anuncio el 16 de julio de 2018.
La presentadora también compartió la noticia en Instagram. Telemundo reprodujo su mensaje: “¡Sí, estamos embarazados Martín Fuentes y yo! ¿Y, qué creen? Todavía no sabemos el sexo pero son dos bebés. Estoy nerviosa, pero muy emocionada y feliz”.

En una entrevista publicada el 17 de julio de 2018, Bracamontes relató que había conocido el resultado positivo aproximadamente dos meses y una semana antes. Eligió el cumpleaños de Fuentes, el 10 de mayo, para darle la noticia: envolvió la prueba de embarazo como si fuera un regalo. El video oficial del segmento de Un Nuevo Día presentó la confirmación del embarazo y señaló que las hijas de la pareja estaban ilusionadas con la llegada de un nuevo integrante. En ese momento, Bracamontes dijo que todavía no conocían el sexo de los bebés.
