Lana Del Rey and Jeremy Dufrene obtained a marriage license in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, on September 23, 2024. The signed license later filed with the parish records that they married three days later, on September 26, in Des Allemands.
When did Lana Del Rey and Jeremy Dufrene get a marriage license?
According to court records reviewed by Us Weekly, Del Rey and Dufrene obtained the license on September 23, 2024. The report said the license allowed 30 days for the couple to marry before it expired.
When and where did they marry?
The signed license records their marriage in Des Allemands, Louisiana, on September 26, 2024, at 3:33 p.m. The Associated Press reported that the record names pastor Judah Smith as the officiant.
Why did confirmation come later?
The license was not immediately returned and processed, leaving its status unclear after the initial report. On October 23, 2024, the Associated Press reported that the signed license had been returned and filed with the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court. The AP described Louisiana licenses as generally meant to be returned by the officiant to the issuing office within 10 days of the ceremony, with exceptions. The delay concerned the paperwork; the later filed record documents the September 26 ceremony.

The Associated Press identifies Dufrene as an alligator swamp-tour guide and captain at Airboat Tours by Arthur.
