The next day, the publication said the pair were seen docking their yacht at Club 55.
What was reported in Saint-Tropez?
In a report published July 14, 2022, PerthNow said Packer and Erica were seen docking their yacht at Club 55 in Saint-Tropez the previous Wednesday, July 13. The account identifies the vessel only as their yacht; it does not give a name or model.
PerthNow also said Ayda Field, whom it identified as Robbie Williams’s wife, joined them. The report included descriptions of the group’s clothing and demeanor, but those details are scene-setting rather than independently verified product information.
Who is Erica in the report?
PerthNow described Erica as Packer’s former wife and the mother of their three children. It said they married in 2007 and separated six years later. The report presents the Saint-Tropez outing as a gathering of former spouses; it does not establish a renewed romantic relationship.

PerthNow also recalled Packer saying in a previous interview that he was the “happiest” he had been in years. The remark is attributed to him in the 2022 article, not presented as a current statement.
The same report said Packer had lost nearly 30 kilograms after quitting alcohol. That is a historical claim reported by PerthNow, not a current or independently verified health measurement. It also reproduced a statement he had given to The Weekend Australian: “I’m roughly 130kg now and want to be back to 100kg by the end of 2022. I want to swim with my kids at Bondi when we’re all in Sydney together next year and be 100kg,” he said.
