Why was the performance part of the ceremony?
Kool & the Gang were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as members of the Class of 2024. The ceremony took place on October 19, 2024, at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland. Chuck D inducted the band.
