Paramount lists a theatrical release date of November 13, 2026. Johnny Depp’s official website gives the same date and features an official trailer. Release plans can change, so the studio’s listing is the clearest current date.

Screen Global Production reported on February 2, 2026, that filming was underway in the UK, including London. That is a dated production update, not confirmation of the film’s status today.

The Associated Press reported in July 2026 that Ebenezer would be Depp’s first studio film in eight years and covered his in-character promotional appearance at San Diego Comic-Con.
