A May 2026 report said Cariúcha asked not to be drawn into a separate dispute between Jojo and influencer Malévola. Other reported court cases involving Jojo name different opposing parties, not Cariúcha.
What Cariúcha said in May 2026
TV Prime reported that Cariúcha addressed an old video in which she had criticized Jojo Todynho. In an Instagram video, she asked people not to involve her in the conflict between Jojo and Malévola and said she hoped the two would resolve their dispute. The outlet transcribed her as saying: “Pelo amor de Deus, gente, não me coloca no meio dessa confusão. Eu tô acompanhando aí, eu desejo que as duas se resolvam, mas esse vídeo meu é um vídeo antigo, de antes de eu entrar na Fazenda”. In English: “For the love of God, people, don’t put me in the middle of this mess. I’m following it, I hope the two of them work things out, but this video of mine is old, from before I went on Fazenda.” The English is a translation of TV Prime’s transcription, not a separately verified transcript. TV Prime’s report and CNN Brasil’s coverage describe the Jojo–Malévola dispute, not a court case between Jojo and Cariúcha.
Why other Jojo court headlines can cause confusion
Separate legal stories involving Jojo have different parties and issues. They should not be treated as evidence that Cariúcha sued her or that the two women’s feud is before a court.
| Reported matter | Who is involved | What the report says |
|---|---|---|
| Civil claim reported in July 2026 | Former college classmate Gabriela dos Santos Nascimento and Jojo Todynho | Correio Braziliense reported that Gabriela sought R$100,000 and alleged physical and verbal aggression; Jojo’s defense contested the allegations. The amount was sought, not reported as an award. Correio Braziliense |
| Proceeding reported in June 2026 | PT and Jojo Todynho | Metrópoles reported a separate case concerning Jojo’s comments about an alleged offer to support Lula’s 2022 campaign, and said a further appeal was rejected. Cariúcha is not identified as a party. Metrópoles |
| Technical examination reported in September 2026 | The Gabriela dos Santos Nascimento matter | FOCO 1 described a court-ordered technical examination of video. Such an examination is an evidentiary step, not a decision on guilt or innocence; this report comes from a lower-confidence outlet. FOCO 1 |
What is established—and what is not
The reports cited here do not establish a court case between Jojo Todynho and Cariúcha. They describe Cariúcha commenting on an old video and asking not to be pulled into the Jojo–Malévola dispute, plus separate legal matters involving Gabriela dos Santos Nascimento and the PT. No official docket entry or direct confirmation from either representative was located in the reporting reviewed, so it would go too far to claim that no filing exists anywhere.
