Aunque medios reportaron neumonía y COVID-19, no hubo confirmación pública directa del artista o su equipo.
¿Por qué se reprogramaron los conciertos de Luis Miguel?
La explicación confirmada fue la del comunicado citado por El Universal el 24 de octubre de 2024: “Por causas de fuerza mayor y recomendación médica”. No se identificó una enfermedad ni se ofrecieron más detalles clínicos.
¿Qué se sabe sobre su estado de salud?
El Universal informó el 28 de octubre que se reportaba un cuadro de neumonía, pero señaló que ni Luis Miguel ni su equipo habían hecho declaraciones adicionales sobre su estado. La nota sobre el reporte de neumonía no constituye una confirmación médica atribuible al cantante o a su equipo.
Noticias Caracol también publicó versiones de que habría contraído COVID-19 y desarrollado neumonía, sin presentar una confirmación directa del artista o su equipo. Por eso, esas versiones deben entenderse como reportes periodísticos, no como un diagnóstico confirmado. La noticia de 2024 tampoco permite inferir cuál es su estado de salud actual.

¿Qué fechas fueron reprogramadas?
Los listados publicados no coinciden del todo. El Universal atribuyó al comunicado cuatro fechas:
- 24 de octubre: Ciudad de México.
- 27 de octubre: Pachuca.
- 28 de octubre: Ciudad de México.
- 31 de octubre: Irapuato.
Noticias Caracol informó cinco fechas e incluyó también Querétaro, el 29 de octubre. Como cada medio atribuyó su relación al comunicado del equipo, conviene conservar la diferencia entre ambos listados en lugar de presentar uno como definitivo.

¿Qué pasó con los boletos?
El anuncio reproducido por El Universal indicaba que las entradas serían válidas para las nuevas fechas. El 31 de octubre de 2024, Infobae informó que dos conciertos de Arena CDMX pasarían a diciembre: el correspondiente al 23 o 28 de octubre, al 8 de diciembre, y el del 24 de octubre, al 10 de diciembre. Infobae también reportó un plazo de reembolso del 4 al 8 de noviembre de 2024. Esas fechas y ese plazo ya pasaron; la información citada es histórica, no una instrucción vigente para solicitar un reembolso.
