1. She was beginning to look at colleges
Birkhead said Dannielynn was starting to consider colleges. He described the mixed feelings many parents have about a child leaving home, but did not name a school or say she had decided to enroll.
2. She enjoyed a high-school forensics class
At the time, Birkhead said she enjoyed a class that covered crime-scene clues and solving cases. He noted that he had taken forensics in college, while cautioning that a young person’s interests can change. He did not describe forensics as a declared major or settled career plan.

3. Anna Nicole Smith’s clothes were being kept for her to choose from
Birkhead said Anna Nicole Smith’s clothes were catalogued in storage, with photographs showing the events where Smith had worn the pieces. Dannielynn had tried some items, but Birkhead said others were not to her taste. He described the collection as something she could decide what to do with, whether keeping pieces, passing them down, or selling them; he did not say she had made a final decision.
4. He saw similarities in generosity and food preferences
Birkhead described Dannielynn as generous like her mother. He also characterized her as a selective eater who ate no meat, was not especially fond of vegetables, and liked pasta and pizza. These were his personal observations in the interview, not medical or nutrition guidance.
5. He limited her public social-media presence
Birkhead said she did not have an account in her own name because he did not allow it. He said she used a fake account to look at TikTok and enjoyed YouTube videos and virtual-reality games. Those details reflect his account and the rule he described in 2023.
