Shelby “Bilby” Mills said she was moving more mature content to OnlyFans after a lingerie photo was removed from Instagram. PerthNow reported the decision on 29 May 2020; the report described a removed post, not a deleted Instagram account, and did not include an explanation from Instagram.
Why did Shelby Mills join OnlyFans?
In the May 2020 report, Mills linked her decision to what she described as repeated reports and removals of her Instagram content. She said in Instagram Stories, as quoted by PerthNow, that she was unsure whether a group of people kept reporting her photos or Instagram disliked her posts. That was Mills’s speculation about what happened, not a confirmed explanation from Instagram.

She announced a split between the platforms: “But from now on my Instagram is going to be fully PG… sorry, not sorry,” and “Anything else – like MA and above – is going to be on my OnlyFans.” PerthNow also quoted her saying, “Instagram, you win,” after reporting that a lingerie photo had been removed within 24 hours of being posted.
What happened to her Instagram photos?
PerthNow reported that one lingerie photo was removed after it was reported. Its account does not establish that Instagram removed Mills’s account, identify a specific policy violation, or provide a statement from Instagram about why the post was taken down. The distinction matters: the reported event was the removal of a post, while the reason given in the coverage came from Mills’s own account.

An October 2022 article by The Brag described Mills as a Love Island and OnlyFans star, supporting her public association with the platform at that time. That reference does not establish whether she currently has an account or what it costs. Heart’s July 2020 explainer identifies Mills as a Love Island Australia contestant and discusses her connection with Jaxon Human, providing context for her reality-TV profile.
