Love After Lockup: Relationship Rehab is a nine-episode follow-up featuring the five couples above. AMC Global Media/We TV announced that it premiered October 2, 2026, streaming exclusively on All Reality and airing weekly on We TV at 9 PM ET/PT. The network’s September 18 first-look announcement names all five couples.

The episodes revisit the relationships and challenges the network describes in its cast announcement. For Brittany and Marcelino, that includes co-parenting after their separation; other couples face the commitment, trust, family or relationship tensions outlined above.

- Relationship Rehab: The network identifies All Reality as the exclusive streaming home and We TV as the weekly broadcast home. The announced We TV time is 9 PM ET/PT.
- Original series: Peacock’s live catalog lists Love After Lockup as a WeTV reality series and says episodes can be streamed there. Its catalog displayed seven seasons when accessed October 8, 2026. Availability can change by date and region, so check the current listing where you watch.
