Is Emma Watson the singer on the title song?
Not on the separate title-song recording featuring Ariana Grande and John Legend. Disney announced their rendition as a soundtrack recording that would also be featured in the film. It is distinct from Watson’s performances as Belle. Disney’s announcement identifies Grande and Legend; the soundtrack listing separately credits Emma Thompson on its “Beauty and the Beast” track.

What songs are in the 2017 film?
The live-action film retained songs from Disney’s 1991 animated feature and added “Evermore,” “Days in the Sun” and “How Does a Moment Last Forever.” D23 identifies Alan Menken as the composer and Tim Rice as lyricist for the new songs, and lists Watson as Belle in the film, released March 17, 2017. D23’s film reference provides those details.
Disney described the movie’s music as new recordings of songs from the animated classic, with Menken returning to compose and writing several new songs with Rice. Disney’s studio announcement gives that context.

The album credits confirm Watson’s performances on the listed tracks; they do not document every vocal moment in the finished film or explain the recording and mixing process. The evidence supports a clear answer—Watson does sing as Belle—but not the broader claim that she performs every vocal heard in the movie.
