Funko opened its Everett headquarters and flagship store to the public on August 19, 2017, turning a historic downtown building into a workplace and a pop-culture destination. The company’s official location page still identifies the site at 2802 Wetmore Ave as its headquarters and flagship; the themed displays and attractions described at opening are historical details, not a verified guide to today’s interior.
Where is Funko’s headquarters?
Funko’s Everett headquarters and flagship store is listed at 2802 Wetmore Ave, Everett, Washington 98201. The company’s location page currently posts daily hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and says street parking is first-come, first-served. The Port Gardner garage is across the street, and Funko says parking costs are not validated. Check the official page before traveling because hours and visitor information can change.

Why did Funko move into this building?
Funko had been based in Everett since 1998. As its Pop! toy line grew, the company outgrew its former south Everett site, according to GeekWire’s August 19, 2017 report. Its new home was a building on Everett’s Historical Register that had previously housed a Bon Marché department store and Trinity Lutheran College.
The move was also presented as a commitment to the area. Mark Robben, Funko’s director of marketing at the time, said, “Our CEO Brian Mariotti is a Snohomish County guy and he wants this company to be a Snohomish County company.” Robben added, “We want to give back to the community and prep the next generation of toy designers.”

- Themed areas for Star Wars, Disney, Harry Potter, DC Comics, and anime.
- A build-your-own Pop! factory.
- Wetmore Forest, a series of original characters created to celebrate the Wetmore Avenue location.
Thousands of fans came downtown for the opening, GeekWire reported, and visitors had a chance to obtain limited-edition Funko Pop! figures. That account describes the August 2017 event; it does not establish what displays or figures are available now.

How did the headquarters reflect the company’s creative work?
The building combined public-facing retail with unusual employee amenities. GeekWire described slides connecting employee floors and a bowling alley in the basement. The 2017 report also said Funko had 80 staff artists and a public meeting room where some planned weekend mentoring and instruction for local children in drawing, sculpting, sketching, and toy design. Those figures and plans reflect the reporting at the time, not a current staffing count or confirmation that the program continues.

Funko’s official Everett location listing continues to identify the site as its headquarters and flagship store. It is the best place to check current hours and visitor guidance. The historical opening account is useful for understanding what Funko intended the space to be, but it should not be treated as a current inventory or floor plan.
