Ash’s Frogadier evolves into Greninja in “A Festival of Decisions!”, in Pokémon the Series: XYZ. If by “get Greninja” you mean when Ash first catches the Pokémon, that happens earlier, when it is a Froakie. Episode numbers can vary by catalog, so the title is the most reliable way to find the evolution episode.
When does Ash get Greninja?
Ash’s Frogadier becomes Greninja in “A Festival of Decisions!” in the Kalos story arc of Pokémon the Series: XYZ. TV Guide’s listing identifies the evolution, though its season grouping does not establish a universal episode number. TV Guide’s episode listing

Does Ash catch Greninja in that episode?
No. Ash catches the Pokémon as Froakie earlier in the XY series. It later evolves into Frogadier and then Greninja. So “get Greninja” may mean either the first capture or the evolution: the capture is as Froakie; the evolution takes place in “A Festival of Decisions!”. How should I find the episode?
Look for the title “A Festival of Decisions!” rather than relying on a season or episode number. International catalogs can group and number episodes differently, and the available listings do not establish a dependable numbering crosswalk.

Yes. In the later episode “Catching the Aura of Fate!”, Ash and Goh encounter Greninja in Kalos. Apple TV lists that episode as Series 25, Episode 18 in one catalog view and gives a 2022 release date; it is a later appearance, not the evolution episode. Apple TV episode listing
