What BGR reported about the YouTube leak
On July 2, 2019—the film’s U.S. release day—BGR’s Chris Smith reported that videos showing both credits scenes were circulating on YouTube. BGR linked to the videos and described their contents. That is a historical report, not confirmation of their present availability: the linked uploads may no longer be accessible.

What happens in the mid-credits scene?
The first scene plays during the credits. A news broadcast presents footage attributed to Mysterio and reveals that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. The revelation leaves Peter’s secret identity exposed to the public and turns the film’s deception plot into a new problem for him.
What happens in the after-credits scene?
The second scene comes after the credits. It reveals that the Nick Fury and Maria Hill seen through much of the film were actually Talos and Soren, two Skrulls impersonating them. The real Fury is elsewhere. TIME’s scene breakdown also explains the two reveals and their context.

Why the scene order matters
These are two separate scenes with different placements: the Peter Parker revelation is mid-credits, while the Skrull reveal is after-credits. TheWrap likewise distinguished one scene during the credits from another afterward, and reported that director Jon Watts originated the idea of making Fury a Skrull.
