Who is Tiger Woods’ ex-wife?
Elin Nordegren is a Swedish former model and the former wife of professional golfer Tiger Woods. They divorced in 2010. The Los Angeles Times reported in 2019 that Nordegren received a $100 million settlement. The report does not reproduce the settlement documents or explain its detailed terms.

Did the mansion sale make her a fortune?
The reported $28.64 million sale price is the gross transaction amount, not documented profit. The available report does not establish the property’s total construction or upkeep costs, financing, taxes, brokerage expenses, or net proceeds. Comparing the sale price with the $12.25 million purchase price alone therefore cannot establish how much Nordegren gained.
The asking prices are not sale prices: the estate was listed at $49.5 million in 2018 and $44.5 million in 2019 before its reported 2020 sale. Nor does the later purchase of a Palm Beach Gardens property for $9,926,675 establish Nordegren’s total assets or net worth.

Did she earn money through another documented career?
TIME reported in 2014 that Nordegren graduated from Rollins College after nine years of study, with a 3.96 GPA and the Hamilton Holt Outstanding Senior Award. That is a documented part of her life after the divorce, but the reporting cited here does not identify an income stream tied to her education or establish a business empire.
