There is no verified public figure for Antony Starr’s pay to play Homelander in The Boys. The official show sources reviewed confirm his role and the series’ cast, but do not disclose his compensation. Numbers circulating online are unsourced or weakly sourced estimates, not confirmed salary information.
What is known about Starr’s pay?
Starr plays Homelander in The Boys, as reflected in the Prime Video listing and an Associated Press profile. Neither source gives a salary figure. The official Sony Pictures page and Amazon’s season-five announcement provide show and cast context, not compensation details.
Accordingly, his actual pay is not established by the available sources. That does not mean he earns nothing or that a particular estimate is necessarily impossible; it means a reliable disclosure confirming an amount has not been found in the sources reviewed.
Why do salary figures appear online?
Some secondary pages and online discussions repeat estimates in the hundreds of thousands of dollars per episode, but the figures vary and are not tied in the reviewed material to a contract, a statement from Starr or his representatives, or attributable reporting that explains how the amounts were determined. One secondary report, Legit.ng’s salary article, relays estimates rather than a primary disclosure. A Reddit discussion likewise notes that a salary article lacked sourcing and calls the figures guesses; that discussion is not evidence of Starr’s pay.

Repeating a number across multiple pages does not verify it when those pages do not establish an original, reliable source. Treat any precise episode-rate claim as unconfirmed unless it is supported by credible, attributable reporting or an official disclosure.

No. The question concerns Antony Starr’s real-world compensation as an actor, not Homelander’s fictional income, assets, or status within the story. The available sources establish Starr’s role, but do not establish his salary.
