Who inherited Paul Walker’s estate?
Walker’s will, executed in 2001 and filed in 2014, said he had one child, Meadow Rain Walker, and provided for his separate property to pass to her. An executor and a guardian have different legal roles. The executor administers the estate; a guardian appointment concerns a minor’s care or property. The 2014 reporting described a requested guardianship arrangement involving Walker’s mother, Cheryl, and said proceedings continued. It does not establish the final order, so it would be inaccurate to state that she was ultimately appointed. CityNews Toronto’s report on the guardianship proceedings.
How much was the estate worth?
News reports published in 2014 gave estimates, not a final probate accounting or a current valuation.

Was Meadow’s later settlement part of the inheritance?
No. In 2016, the Los Angeles Times reported that Meadow reached a $10.1 million settlement with the estate of Roger Rodas, who was driving the car in which Paul Walker died. The report said more than $7.2 million was to go into a trust for Meadow and nearly $2.9 million was set aside for legal fees. That settlement arose from a separate legal matter; it was not an inheritance under Walker’s will. Meadow’s public work includes her role as founder and CEO of The Paul Walker Foundation. The Foundation describes its purpose as education-oriented. Its site lists merchandise and says profits from listed items support its award and scholarship work. These public activities do not establish her private residence or finances. On the Foundation’s purpose page, Meadow connects its charitable focus to her father’s interests: “Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions: his passion for helping people, and his passion for spontaneous goodwill.”
