What the hometown visits were expected to show
The episode premise was Brown meeting the finalists’ families. The preview specifically said she would visit Parker in Gainesville and meet the families of the other three men. The visits put family context alongside the relationship conversations the show had already featured, but the preview did not establish what each family meeting ultimately revealed.
Which storylines did the preview emphasize?
Jed Wyatt: music plans and an ex-girlfriend’s allegations
The preview described Wyatt as a singer who had studied songwriting at Belmont University and pursued a music career in Nashville. It said he had told Brown on an early date that promoting his music career was an intention in joining the show. It also reported allegations from his former girlfriend Haley Stevens about their relationship before filming. Those claims should be understood as Stevens’s allegations as reported by Entertainment Tonight, not as independently established facts here.

Luke Parker: religious identity and conflict over sex

Because the article was a preview rather than a transcript, it does not establish the complete exchange or how the episode resolved the disagreement.
