No new divorce filing is documented in the reports behind this story. They say Christina Haack, known publicly as Christina Hall, and Josh Hall filed for divorce in July 2024, settled in May 2025, and had their divorce finalized in August 2025. A June 2026 report about Haack’s Tennessee farmhouse concerns a planned relisting—not a new divorce case.
What happened, and when?
The reported timeline separates the divorce proceedings from the later real-estate news:

- July 2024: Josh Hall filed for divorce, and Haack filed her own paperwork. E! News reported that the filings cited irreconcilable differences. E! News, August 28, 2025
- May 2025: The couple reached a divorce settlement, according to E! News.
- August 2025: E! News and Realtor.com reported that a judge finalized the divorce. E! News and Realtor.com
- June 8, 2026: Realtor.com reported that Haack was preparing to relist her Franklin, Tennessee farmhouse. That is the later development—not evidence of another divorce filing.
The available reporting does not establish whether any later filing exists in a court record. It does, however, describe the marriage to Josh Hall as already dissolved by August 2025.
What was reported about the settlement?
Realtor.com and Us Weekly reported that Haack would make a $300,000 equalization payment. Realtor.com also said the arrangement gave Haack control of the Newport Beach home and the Franklin farmhouse, while Hall kept his own Tennessee dwelling, and that both waived spousal support. These are reported terms; the underlying court judgment was not independently reviewed for this account. Realtor.com · Us Weekly

Speaking about the settlement on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Haack was quoted by Realtor.com as saying, “Look, it’s not great, but I guess it’s done.” Realtor.com also quoted her description of mediation: “I signed something. There’s like a process after the process. It was resolved in mediation after, I think, 12 hours.”

Realtor.com’s June 8, 2026 story reported that Haack was preparing to relist the Franklin property for $4.5 million. The outlet described it as a 5,200-square-foot farmhouse on 23.82 acres. These are figures in that report, not confirmation of a current listing or sale.
Rank #2
The property’s earlier listing history is also part of the coverage: Realtor.com said it was first listed in October 2024 and removed weeks later after Hall sought an emergency order to halt the sale. The home reportedly reappeared in December 2024 and was removed again in February 2025. The June 2026 coverage described the next listing as planned or “coming soon.”
That real-estate history may explain why the divorce and farmhouse are being discussed together, but it does not change the reported divorce timeline. No new divorce filing is established by the farmhouse story.
