Alaia Baldwin Aronow was arrested after a February 24, 2024 incident at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia. Employees alleged she threw a used tampon at a bartender and had physical contact with two security employees. Those accounts were reported from police-report descriptions, not established findings of guilt. In August 2026, news outlets citing court records reported that Aronow completed pretrial diversion and the charges were dismissed.
What was alleged at Club Elan?
Savannah police responded to the club after employees reported an altercation, according to contemporaneous coverage based on police-report accounts. The reported dispute involved access to an employee-only restroom. Employees alleged that Aronow threw a used tampon at a bartender; two security employees also reportedly accused her of physical contact as they escorted her out.
Entertainment Tonight quoted a sentence it attributed to the police report: “She initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom, only stating she needed to use the restroom to throw up and change her tampon.” That is a police-report account quoted by the outlet, not an independently verified account of what happened. One report also said Aronow described her actions as self-defense.
These details remain allegations. Reporting on an arrest or a police report does not by itself establish that the alleged conduct occurred.

What charges were reported?
Coverage listed four charges: simple assault, simple battery, battery, and criminal trespass. The charges reflected the accusations filed at the time; they were not a conviction or a finding of guilt. In January 2026, a report said an arraignment was scheduled, but that procedural status was superseded by later reporting on the case’s disposition.
Were the charges dismissed?
Yes. In August 2026, WSB-TV reported that court records showed prosecutors moved to end the prosecution after Aronow completed pretrial diversion. Us Weekly, updated August 25, 2026, reported that court documents showed the charges were dismissed and the case was closed. WSB-TV reported that the charges would not appear on her record.

The reported dismissal resolves the prosecution’s status; it does not establish whether the original allegations were true or false. The current disposition described here is based on news reports citing court records, rather than a directly reviewed docket or dismissal filing.
