What the October 2024 report said
PEOPLE’s October 28, 2024, report, republished by Yahoo Entertainment, described the pregnancy as Bündchen’s third child and her first with Joaquim Valente. The account attributed a statement to a source close to Bündchen: “Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.” The speaker was not named.
Vogue’s coverage, also published October 28, 2024, attributed the news to PEOPLE. Neither account reviewed here presented the pregnancy as an announcement made directly by Bündchen.
How this fits her family
Bündchen has two older children, Benjamin and Vivian, with her former husband, Tom Brady. The 2024 reports described the new pregnancy as her third child overall and her first with Valente.

What later coverage says about the baby
Two September 10, 2026, reports identify the child as a son, but they disagree about when he was born. Yahoo Entertainment’s later report, republishing PEOPLE, says February 2025; Us Weekly’s report says December 2025. The available accounts do not resolve the discrepancy, so the birth month should be treated as uncertain.
In the later interview coverage, Bündchen was quoted as saying: “Having a baby at this moment of my life is such a gift, because I’m in a different place.” That reflection is attributed to Bündchen, unlike the anonymous source statement in the original pregnancy report.
