Giulia Be’s October 2026 interview with Harper’s Bazaar Brasil is chiefly about friendship, her relationship with Conor Kennedy and the Rio wedding celebration then scheduled for October 10. It offers no new album release update: the multilingual project discussed in 2025 reports has no confirmed release date or current format in the sources available here.
What Giulia Be’s new interview covers
Published October 7, 2026, Harper’s Bazaar Brasil’s interview was conducted by Giulia’s friend and bridesmaid, artist Camila Boainain. Rather than a conventional music-news Q&A, it centers on their friendship, Giulia’s early connection with Conor Kennedy and the preparations for the couple’s Rio celebration. Read the Harper’s Bazaar Brasil interview.
A friendship that became a musical partnership
Giulia recalls that Camila once told her she did not listen to pop. They nevertheless found common ground and began collaborating. Giulia describes their creative relationship as complementary and inspiring.
She remembers “Delícia Proibida” as a quick, collaborative song that grew out of Camila sharing a personal experience. Camila was also the first person to hear “911,” which Giulia says became one of her fans’ favorites. That is Giulia’s account of the song’s reception, not an independently measured popularity ranking.

How the relationship began
Giulia says her first conversations with Conor were long WhatsApp messages—so long, she recalls, that they felt like emails. They talked about history, philosophy and psychology, and she says she was emotionally invested before they met in person. Her friends worried that the person on the other side of the screen might be a catfish.
In a separate interview published in June 2026, the couple recalled months of messaging before meeting in Santa Monica in 2022. Those details are their reported recollections. gshow’s June 2026 interview with Giulia and Conor.

Friends, fittings and style inspiration
Giulia says she chose bridesmaids partly by thinking about the friends she called first after becoming engaged. After a dress fitting in London, she read letters from them in her hotel room, moving between tears and laughter. She describes each friend as bringing out a different side of her while knowing her essence.
For her wedding hair, Giulia said she wanted several braided styles. She pointed to Natalie Portman’s Padmé looks in Star Wars as inspiration, aiming for a balance of delicacy and elegance with strength and intelligence. These are personal style references, not a recommendation of a particular product or label.

What is—and is not—known about the album
The October Harper’s Bazaar interview does not provide a substantive update on the album’s release. Older reports described a project spanning Portuguese, English and Spanish, but they do not establish its present status, release date or physical availability.
In December 2025, Us Weekly en Español reported that Giulia had described a planned 21-song project, with seven songs in each of the three languages. The same report discussed her view that writing in Spanish felt more emotionally exposing. This is a past account of a plan, not confirmation of the final track list or a released album. Later reporting described the private March 2026 marriage and planned October Rio celebration, so the 2025 wedding timeline is no longer current.
