Em uma live no Instagram em 28 de julho, Gretchen chamou o processo de “novo programa de harmonização” e afirmou: “Não existe desarmonização. Existe um novo programa de harmonização”. A CNN Brasil relatou que, depois de sair do Power Couple Brasil 7, ela procurou novamente o médico. Segundo a reportagem, foram feitas duas aplicações de hialuronidase para remover produto anterior, além de fios de sustentação e Radiesse nas regiões da boca, das bochechas e da mandíbula.
Na ocasião, Gretchen disse que o tratamento ainda não havia terminado e que pretendia retomá-lo depois de voltar da Europa. A CARAS Brasil também relatou que ela previa continuar o processo após retornar ao Brasil em setembro. Essa previsão publicada à época não confirma que a etapa tenha ocorrido.

Em 4 de outubro, o Splash/UOL reproduziu stories em que Gretchen disse ter emagrecido 10 kg depois de sair do reality e que, por isso, sentia o rosto muito preenchido em relação ao corpo. Ela atribuiu ao médico duas aplicações de hialuronidase, remoção de produto, colocação de fios de colágeno e retirada de gordura das bochechas. Os 10 kg são um relato pessoal reproduzido pelo veículo, não uma medição verificada por terceiros.

O “antes e depois” divulgado em outubro foi apresentado pelo médico Igor Alves e repercutido pelo UOL; a cobertura de julho também descreveu imagens publicadas nas redes sociais.
