Gene Simmons and his wife, Shannon Tweed Simmons, first listed their Beverly Hills home in April 2025 for $13.99 million. The latest price reported in available coverage was $11.5 million in June 2026, after six reductions—not nearly $14 million. That report does not confirm whether the home is still for sale or has changed price since then.
How the asking price changed
| Milestone | Reported price | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Purchased in 2021 | $10.5 million | Realtor.com reported the price Simmons and Tweed Simmons paid for the home. |
| First listed in April 2025 | $13.99 million | Realtor.com reported the initial asking price. |
| Latest reported update, June 26, 2026 | $11.5 million | Mansion Global reported this asking price after six price cuts, about $2.5 million below its reported initial ask of $13.995 million. |
The figures reflect purchase and asking prices, not a confirmed sale. Realtor.com reported an initial reduction to $13.49 million, but the available reporting does not establish every subsequent reduction individually. The latest price located is Mansion Global’s June 26, 2026 report; the home’s listing status and any later price as of October 8, 2026 are unconfirmed.
What the Beverly Hills home is like
Mansion Global describes the residence as more than 7,700 square feet, with four bedrooms. Its materials include glass, steel, oak, and concrete. Reported features include an art gallery space, a soundproofed home theater, outdoor living areas, and a 40-foot black-tiled infinity pool and spa.
Architectural Digest reports that Swiss architect Roger Kurath designed the house, which was built in 2017. Listing agent Lisa Young of Compass described it as “a rare example of Swiss architectural mastery, built with exceptional quality, thoughtful details, and a focus on longevity.” That is the agent’s promotional characterization, not an independent assessment.

Why the couple is selling
Realtor.com linked the decision to sell to the couple’s purchase of another residence in Malibu. Its coverage described the Beverly Hills property as a California base after their move to Las Vegas. The reported $11.5 million ask is $1 million above the couple’s 2021 purchase price, but it cannot be treated as profit: the home has not been confirmed sold, and costs or other sale terms are not established.
