What happened in the Grey’s Anatomy finale?
Season 21, Episode 18, “How Do I Live,” centers on a hostage situation inside an operating room. Jenna Gatlin demands that doctors operate on her daughter, Dylan, who has a serious condition. She threatens the team with a lighter and an acetylene tank, forcing Amelia and Lucas to continue Dylan’s surgery under pressure.
Meredith realizes Dylan needs fresh frozen plasma and helps get it into the operating room. Amelia and Lucas stop the bleeding, and the recap says Dylan’s paralysis should eventually be reversed. Jenna is arrested after revealing that the tank she brought was empty.
