Spoilers ahead for FROM Season 3, Episode 6, “Scar Tissue.” The episode’s biggest revelation is that Tabitha remembers dreaming about the Town’s lakeside effigies and three red stones as a child—before she arrived there. It links her past to the place, but does not explain how or why. Meanwhile, Fatima’s ultrasound shows no baby, Victor and Henry recover Jasper from the tunnels, and Jade’s bottle-tree investigation produces clues rather than answers.
What happens in “Scar Tissue”?
The episode moves several mysteries forward without resolving them. Its characters find new reasons to suspect that the Town’s horrors reach beyond their present circumstances, while personal grief and fear complicate their attempts to act.

Jim and Tabitha confront their marriage and grief
Overnight, Jim and Tabitha argue about their relationship and the grief surrounding their son Thomas. Their conflict brings back the strain that existed before they entered the Town, including Tabitha’s earlier wish to divorce. Their marriage was already under pressure; the Town did not create all of their problems.
Jade studies the bottle trees
Boyd tells Jade about another bottle tree and a note bearing the date 1864. Jade compares the trees’ messages and dates, treating them as possible clues. The episode offers no confirmed explanation for what the dates mean or how the trees work.

Victor and Henry retrieve Jasper
Victor and Henry enter the tunnels to recover Jasper, the ventriloquist doll associated with Christopher. Victor believes the doll may help explain the Town because he remembers it telling Christopher a story about the place. They get Jasper, but a creature warns Victor that another return could leave him trapped.
Kenny and Randall look for a place to stay
After his mother’s death, Kenny asks to move to Colony House. Randall, frightened by the idea of returning to the bus, is offered a place at the clinic by Marielle.

What does Tabitha remember about her nightmare?
Tabitha sees the “anghkooey” children again. Later, Jade’s drawings of the lakeside effigies trigger a memory: as a child, she had recurring nightmares involving those effigies and three red stones. She realizes she had seen the place before arriving in the Town.
The memory suggests that Tabitha’s connection to the Town predates her arrival, and it draws a parallel with Miranda’s visions. It does not establish why Tabitha dreamed of the place, whether the dreams were visions, or what the effigies and stones signify. The episode’s title is “Scar Tissue,” not “Tabitha’s Nightmare.”

What did Fatima’s ultrasound show?
Fatima and Ellis agree to an ultrasound after discussing her unusual cravings and fears. The scan shows no baby. That is a disturbing result, not a diagnosis: the episode does not explain what is happening to Fatima.
Who appears in Elgin’s photograph?
Elgin takes a Polaroid photograph of Fatima. In the developed image, the kimono-clad woman appears beside her. The woman then asks Elgin for help and says she can help everyone go home. That is the woman’s claim, not a demonstrated way out of the Town.

What do the bottle-tree clues and Jasper reveal?
Neither thread yields a solution in this episode. Jade considers the bottle-tree dates and messages clues, including the reported 1864 note, but their meaning remains open. Victor and Henry recover Jasper because Victor thinks the doll may hold a story about the Town; the tunnel creature’s warning makes clear that retrieving it came with danger.
