What was the season 4 production update?
Filming for From season 4 had officially wrapped, according to Radio Times’ report on November 28, 2025. Production began in Nova Scotia in June 2025. The show’s official account announced the wrap in a post dated November 21: “BRB decoding every frame of this video for clues on Season 4 #FROM has officially wrapped and is coming soon to @mgmplus!” Radio Times reported the announcement.

A filming wrap means principal production has finished; it does not, by itself, reveal when a season will premiere. The post said the season was “coming soon,” but did not provide an exact release date.
When did season 4 come out?
On January 14, 2026, actor Catalina Sandino Moreno offered a tentative forecast: “I don’t know exactly. I think it’s coming out March, [maybe] April. But it’s coming out.” Her comment was an estimate, not an MGM+ scheduling announcement. The Direct reported Moreno’s estimate.

MGM+ later scheduled the season 4 premiere for April 19, 2026. Deadline reported that date in its coverage of the show’s season 5 renewal. Deadline’s report covers the premiere and renewal.
Is From coming back for season 5?
Yes. MGM+ renewed From for a fifth season in April 2026, and the season was described as the series’ final one. Executive producers John Griffin, Jeff Pinkner, and Jack Bender said, “We are wildly excited to announce that we’ve officially begun work on season 5.” The renewal is separate from the earlier filming-wrap news: it confirms the series’ next and final season, not a further season 4 production milestone.
