Short answer: Bryan Johnson announced a $1 million-per-year Immortals service in February 2026, but its current concierge page tells applicants to inquire about pricing and availability. BryanAI is a separate part of the offering: Immortals currently describes its app and AI health companion as free. Neither the service nor the AI has been shown to make customers live longer.
What was announced for $1 million?
In a February 2026 launch announcement, Johnson said Immortals would cost $1 million per year and have three places. He described a dedicated concierge team, 24/7 access to BryanAI, extensive testing, continuous data tracking and access to therapies. Those were launch claims, not confirmation of current terms. Johnson called it “the world’s best health program”—promotional language, not an independent evaluation. TechCrunch’s report on the launch and Johnson’s launch post on LinkedIn document the announcement.
The current Immortals Concierge page describes a fully managed, application-based service and asks prospective clients to inquire about pricing and availability. It does not confirm the launch price or three-place limit as current terms. The announcement also mentioned a forthcoming $60,000 supported tier and a free digital tier; the current concierge page does not confirm that the supported tier is available.
What does Immortals currently offer?
Immortals presents its offering as several components rather than a single program. The descriptions below are the company’s own, and availability and terms can change.

Is BryanAI free, and what can it use?
Immortals currently describes BryanAI as an AI health companion in its app, which it says is free. It says the AI can draw on connected wearable data, uploaded biomarker results and other health information. Listed integrations include Oura, Whoop, Apple, Fitbit, Eight Sleep, Dexcom, Ultrahuman, Polar and Withings. The company says users can begin with information such as sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability and activity without buying a biomarker panel. See Immortals’ home page for its current app and integration descriptions.
That is not the same as buying the concierge service, and the available description does not establish that the AI diagnoses disease or provides medical care. If prescription treatment is involved, Immortals says a licensed clinician reviews eligibility through its Medicine service.

Can you learn Johnson’s approach without paying?
Yes. Johnson’s official site makes protocol information freely available, so access to his general approach is not limited to Immortals. The site describes Blueprint as having 67 health interventions based on more than 1,000 clinical trials; those figures are brand descriptions, not an independent count or proof that the protocol extends lifespan. Read the Blueprint protocol.
Free protocol information is different from individualized testing, clinician oversight, care coordination or a managed concierge service. A reader can learn what Johnson says he does without thereby receiving personal medical guidance or evidence that the same choices are suitable for them.

Does Immortals prove that a customer will live longer?
No. Immortals describes an approach based on measurement, population-level research and personalized protocols, but no independent clinical outcome evidence cited here establishes that purchasing the program extends a customer’s lifespan. The company’s descriptions of Johnson’s biomarkers are brand-reported measurements; they do not demonstrate that the program has extended his life or predict a customer’s lifespan. TechCrunch’s launch coverage also noted that Johnson had not demonstrated that he could outlive other humans. TechCrunch.
Testing and tracking may help a person monitor health measures or discuss risks with a clinician. Those activities are not the same as demonstrating longer life. Immortals Chief Medical Officer Carl Seger says the biomarker tests aim to help assess aging, protocol response and where to investigate next; that stated aim is not independent validation that the tests predict lifespan. Immortals Biomarkers.
Quick Recap
What to establish before applying or signing up
- Ask Immortals directly for current concierge pricing, availability and exactly what is included; the launch announcement is not a current quote.
- For Medicine, check whether your state and the treatment you seek are eligible, and understand that a clinician—not the app—determines whether treatment is appropriate.
- For biomarker testing, confirm current price, what the measurements cover, the testing schedule and what follow-up is included.
- Separate the free app and public protocol from paid tests, prescriptions, supplements and concierge care; the company says the app can be used without purchasing those add-ons.
- Evaluate health claims as claims, not guarantees: neither a large number of measurements nor personalized recommendations alone demonstrate lifespan extension.
