Former Big Brother Brasil contestant Eliezer said he and his wife, influencer ViihTube, hired a domestic worker without knowing what he described as her criminal past. Terra’s March 18, 2026 report recounts his allegations, including that a follower recognized the worker in the background of a video. The report does not independently confirm the claims or establish an official case outcome.
What Eliezer said happened
In an account recalled on March 17, 2026, Eliezer said the worker brought a criminal-record document when she was hired. He later said the document was falsified and that the woman had a criminal past. These are allegations attributed to Eliezer in Terra’s report, not findings established by the report.
According to the report, other household employees became suspicious of the worker’s behavior. Eliezer said she appeared unintentionally in the background of a video, after which a follower recognized her and sent him a warning. He said the follower’s sister had been a victim.
Eliezer said he and ViihTube checked the woman’s past and feared retaliation if they dismissed her directly. He said they hoped she would resign. In Terra’s account of his video, the worker later missed work without presenting a medical certificate, became angry when questioned, and resigned.

What the report does—and does not—establish
Terra’s article, by Daniel Vila Nova, was published March 18, 2026, and updated at 14:52. It recounts Eliezer’s social-media account; it is not a police record or court finding. The worker is not named, and the article does not include her response or a representative’s statement.
The report does not document whether an investigation or prosecution followed. It also does not state when the employment or alleged discovery took place. Its account therefore supports describing what Eliezer said, but not treating the allegations as independently verified or inferring an official outcome.

Eliezer’s quoted remark
Terra quoted Eliezer saying: “Nosso maior medo era sequestrar a Lua.” In English: “Our biggest fear was that Lua would be kidnapped.” The Portuguese sentence is the original wording; the English sentence is a translation.
