Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui and Normani performed “Worth It” and “Work From Home.” Camila Cabello, who left the group in 2016, was not part of the appearance. The performance marked a return to the stage together—not a confirmed ongoing comeback.
What happened in Dallas
The surprise appearance took place at the Jonas Brothers’ JONAS20: Greetings from Your Hometown tour stop at Dos Equis Pavilion. The Dallas Observer reported that a short video preceded the quartet’s entrance; there was no spoken introduction explaining the appearance. The members then performed “Worth It” and “Work From Home.” Billboard reported that the performance was streamed live on Samsung TV Plus, but that report does not establish that a replay is available now.

Normani addressed the crowd with, “Y’all remember Fifth Harmony.” The Jonas Brothers later described the group as friends and called having them onstage an honor. Those remarks reflected the night’s appearance, not an announcement of future plans.
Who performed—and who did not
The four performers were Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui and Normani. Fifth Harmony formed on the U.S. version of The X Factor in 2012. Camila Cabello left in 2016, after which the remaining members continued as a quartet. The group announced an indefinite hiatus in 2018. Thus, “after seven years” refers to the quartet’s return to performing together following that hiatus; Cabello did not join the Dallas performance. Official Charts also reported the lineup and songs, reproducing the group’s post about the event.

What the reunion does—and does not—confirm
Fifth Harmony’s social accounts drew attention earlier on August 31, including an X post using “#FifthHarmonyFollowSpree,” before the surprise performance. The sequence helped build anticipation, but does not establish that the members had announced a full reunion campaign.
In a September 1, 2025 report, Pitchfork said discussion of possible 2026 dates remained unconfirmed. That was a report about speculation at the time, not confirmation of a schedule. The Dallas performance itself establishes that the four members appeared together that night; it does not confirm more shows, new music or an ongoing comeback.

The group’s post, reproduced by Official Charts, asked, “Where were you on August 31, 2025?” and thanked the Jonas Brothers, adding, “Felt amazing to be back.” It captured the members’ response to the appearance without specifying what might come next.

The pair of songs connected the reunion to two familiar points in Fifth Harmony’s catalog. “Work From Home” reached No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2016, according to Billboard’s 2025 report. That is a historical chart position, not a measure of the Dallas audience or the event’s reach. “Work From Home” is among the group’s work associated with the album 7/27.
