Avatar: Seven Havens follows Pavi, a young Earthbender who becomes the new Avatar after Korra. In a world reshaped by a cataclysm, people fear the Avatar as a potential destroyer. Pavi and her long-lost twin, Nisha, are drawn into a fight to save the Seven Havens, the threatened strongholds where civilization endures. The series is scheduled to premiere on Paramount+ on October 9, 2026; as of October 8, that is an announced future release, not a confirmation that episodes are available.
What is Avatar: Seven Havens about?
The official premise centers on a world shattered by a devastating cataclysm. Pavi discovers that she is the next Avatar after Korra, but the people she might be expected to protect see the Avatar as a possible source of destruction. Paramount’s September 2026 synopsis adds that human and spirit enemies are hunting Pavi.
Pavi’s long-lost twin is Nisha. The sisters must uncover their origins and try to save the Seven Havens before the remaining strongholds of civilization collapse. The official descriptions establish those stakes, but do not reveal the cataclysm’s cause or the twins’ full backstory.
What are the Seven Havens?
They are described as threatened strongholds where civilization remains after the cataclysm. The official materials do not yet explain their precise geography, how they were formed, or whether “Seven Havens” refers only to locations or to a broader political arrangement.

Where does the story fit in the Avatar timeline?
The confirmed continuity point is straightforward: Pavi is the Avatar after Korra, so Seven Havens takes place after The Legend of Korra. Nickelodeon and Paramount’s announcements do not specify how many years separate the stories, give an in-world calendar date, or establish a more exact interval.
The cataclysm has transformed the world, but its timing relative to Korra’s lifetime is also unknown. Paramount+ notes that portals between the human and spirit worlds have been opened and that Korra lost her connection to past Avatars; the available description does not say either event caused the cataclysm. Any connection remains unconfirmed.
