WrestleMania 26 full match card and results
WrestleMania XXVI took place on March 28, 2010, at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. WWE reported 72,219 attendees and described the event as sold out. The ranking below covers the ten advertised matches on the card; WWE also records Yoshi Tatsu as the winner of a 26-man battle royal, which is not included in that ten-match count.

Every advertised match, ranked worst to best
10. 10-Diva tag team match
Michelle McCool, Layla, Maryse, Alicia Fox and Vickie Guerrero defeated Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Eve Torres, Gail Kim and Beth Phoenix. In retrospect, this comedy-oriented segment offers the least to assess among the advertised bouts and carries the least weight in the event’s larger stories. That is a judgment about the match’s place on the card, not a claim about audience response.
9. Unified Tag Team Championship: Big Show and The Miz vs. John Morrison and R-Truth
Big Show and The Miz retained the titles against John Morrison and R-Truth. The match sits near the bottom because its brief presentation and limited development leave less to weigh than the substantial bouts higher on this list.

8. Bret Hart vs. Mr. McMahon, No Holds Barred
Bret Hart defeated Mr. McMahon in a No Holds Barred match. The personal history made the payoff important to WrestleMania’s story, but the revenge spectacle is less compelling as a display of in-ring execution and pacing. Historical importance and match quality are not the same thing here.
7. Triple H vs. Sheamus
Triple H defeated Sheamus in a solid mid-card story match. It has a clear place on the card, but the critical assessments offer less reason to elevate it alongside the event’s strongest performances.

6. Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes
Randy Orton won the triple threat against Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes. The Legacy storyline gives the bout useful context, while its overall place is best understood as a capable middle entry rather than one of the night’s defining matches.
5. Money in the Bank ladder match
Jack Swagger won the ten-man ladder match. The multi-person format brings the expected ladder-match spectacle and historical interest, though critical opinion varies on how well the crowded field comes together. Its ambition and memorable result put it in the upper half.

4. CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio
Rey Mysterio defeated CM Punk. Their contrasting styles and the character stakes make this one of the more engaging supporting matches, even if it falls short of the event’s top three.
3. World Heavyweight Championship: Chris Jericho vs. Edge
Chris Jericho retained the World Heavyweight Championship against Edge. Their personal rivalry and polished veteran work give the match strong momentum; Edge’s post-match attack also carried the conflict forward.

2. WWE Championship: John Cena vs. Batista
John Cena defeated Batista to win the WWE Championship. The consequential title change and strong heavyweight contest make it one of the show’s best matches, just below the main event.
1. The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels, career vs. streak
The Undertaker defeated Shawn Michaels to extend his WrestleMania streak to 18–0. With Michaels’s career understood to be over under the stipulation, the result gave the match unusual emotional weight. Independent reviews identify it as the show’s standout and essential match, making it the clearest choice for number one.

How to read the ranking
The order weighs six things: in-ring execution, pacing, story clarity, finish, stakes and a match’s lasting place in this WrestleMania’s history. Those factors do not always point in the same direction: Hart–McMahon ranks low for its in-ring pacing while remaining important to the event’s story. The closer calls among the supporting matches are open to debate; this list is one critic’s synthesis of the card, not an official ordinal ranking.
