There is no verified current net-worth total for every person connected to Yolanda Hadid’s former Foster family. The dollar figures that have been published are dated media estimates, not audited balance sheets—and “Foster family” can be misleading: Yolanda used the Foster surname during her marriage to musician and producer David Foster, while Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid are her children with her earlier husband, real-estate developer Mohamed Hadid.
Who is included in the Foster and Hadid family?
The title’s “Foster” refers to Yolanda Hadid, formerly Yolanda Foster. David Foster was her later husband, not the father of her three children with Mohamed Hadid. The broader family has additional branches: Mohamed’s daughters Alana and Marielle are from his marriage to Mary Butler, and EL PAÍS reported in May 2025 that Aydan Nix was a newly acknowledged paternal half-sibling of Gigi, Bella and Anwar.
- Yolanda Hadid: Former international model and reality-television personality; formerly known as Yolanda Foster.
- David Foster: Musician and producer, and Yolanda’s former husband. His finances are separate from hers and from the Hadid children’s.

- Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid: Yolanda and Mohamed’s children. Gigi and Bella are models; Anwar is a model and musician/creative professional.

Some older accounts focus on Yolanda, David and the three younger Hadids, but they do not cover every publicly reported relative in the wider family. Public financial information is not available on a comparable basis for all of them.

Yolanda also appeared in a 2021 South China Morning Post celebrity-net-worth ranking with an unofficial US$45 million estimate. That is another dated media estimate, not an independent verification of her assets and liabilities. South China Morning Post, 2021.
Why earnings and property stories do not prove net worth
Net worth means the value of a person’s assets minus their liabilities. Public reporting about a modeling paycheck, a home’s asking price, a business’s revenue or an ex-spouse’s wealth does not reveal that calculation. The reviewed figures do not disclose the family members’ full assets, debts, investments, contracts or ownership interests.
Yolanda has described taking an interest in property early in her career. In Money’s 2018 interview, she said she bought her first Los Angeles apartment at 21, paid it off and later sold it for a profit. That account gives context about her approach to real estate, but no sale price, ownership accounting or complete financial picture from which to calculate her net worth. Money, 2018.

Not reliably from these sources. Mohamed’s 2017 estimate is a broad range, Yolanda’s figures are older estimates, and Gigi’s cited amount is annual earnings rather than net worth. Comparable figures are not established for several other relatives. A precise “richest Hadid” ranking would imply a level of current, like-for-like financial information that is not publicly supported here.
