In a 2010 appearance on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Evangeline Lilly reportedly called Ferguson “perverted” during a playful exchange about surfing and the outfit she said she was wearing under her dress. The account appeared in a 2025 MEAWW article; the wording has not been independently verified against the embedded video.
What happened in the 2010 interview?
According to MEAWW’s March 7, 2025 account, Ferguson asked Lilly about surfing and whether she wore a “little outfit” for it. Lilly reportedly said she was wearing it under her dress and asked whether he wanted to see it. Ferguson answered that he did, then said they should not show it because he would get into trouble.

The article attributes this response to Lilly: “No. Now you’re being perverted. Don’t take it too far.” The reported exchange reads as playful, flirtatious banter, but the dialogue alone does not establish either person’s private intentions.
Was this the 2008 interview?
No. The “perverted” remark is tied to Lilly’s 2010 interview and the surfing conversation. MEAWW also recounts a separate 2008 appearance, including a joke about sitting on Ferguson’s lap. That earlier exchange should not be confused with the 2010 remark.

How certain is the quoted wording?
The account is secondary rather than an official transcript. MEAWW embeds a YouTube video and credits The Jayleno Fly in its image caption, but that recording was not accessible for independent checking. The quoted line and the completeness of the exchange therefore remain unverified against the footage.
