This ranking uses IMDb user ratings, not critics’ scores. The five IMDb ratings captured for this article place The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug highest at 7.8, followed by The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies at 7.4 and Ant-Man at 7.2. IMDb ratings can change, and the available checked scores do not establish a complete top ten.
What the available IMDb ratings show
The figures below are IMDb user ratings displayed in a 2026 check. They are a partial snapshot, not a complete ranking of Evangeline Lilly’s ten highest-rated feature films. Without current ratings for the other eligible credits, assigning places six through ten—or calling these the definitive top five—would imply a comparison the captured data does not support.

IMDb ratings are not critics’ scores
IMDb displays user ratings. Rotten Tomatoes uses separate measures: the critics’ Tomatometer and the audience Popcornmeter. Those scores come from a different system and should not be substituted for IMDb ratings or blended into an IMDb-only list. Ratings on either service can also change as they are updated.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Feature films in Lilly’s career
Lilly’s movie credits span more than fantasy and superhero franchises. The AFI Catalog confirms her roles as Connie James in The Hurt Locker (2009), Bailey in Real Steel (2011), Tauriel in both listed Hobbit films, and Hope Van Dyne in Ant-Man (2015). This article concerns feature films; her television role in Lost is outside that scope.
