Not on the evidence available. Disney’s 2024 profile identified Bush as Chief Creative Officer of Walt Disney Animation Studios and said he was then writing and directing Zootopia 2. That is historical scheduling context only; it neither confirms an Encanto sequel nor gives a schedule for one.
