Tá Tudo Certo is a four-episode Brazilian musical romantic miniseries connected to Ana e Vitória by its creator, Felipe Simas—but it is not established as a direct continuation of that film’s plot. Simas calls it a spin-off “in a way”; Disney Brasil describes its premise as an authorized fanfic set in an alternate universe.
Is Tá Tudo Certo a spin-off of Ana e Vitória?
Yes, with an important qualification. Simas described the series as a spin-off of the 2018 film Ana e Vitória, but prefaced the label with “in a way.” His wording explains the creative connection; it does not establish that the series picks up the film’s story or functions as a conventional sequel. Tela Viva reported Simas’s description when the series launched in 2023.

Disney Brasil’s fuller explanation is that Tá Tudo Certo is an “authorized fanfic.” Simas said the creators built a parallel universe where the musicians use their own names and take on many—but not necessarily all—traits of their public personas. That makes the relationship to Ana e Vitória playful and creative rather than proof that the events belong to one continuous fictional timeline. Disney Brasil’s creator interview provides this distinction.
What is the story of Tá Tudo Certo?
Pedro, played by Pedro Calais, loves music but is studying law under pressure from his parents. He takes an internship in the legal department of a record label, where his boss, Toni (Toni Garrido), offers him a possible music contract—if Pedro can persuade Ana to sign with the label.

Ana (Ana Caetano) is an independent musician whose online career is growing. Pedro’s assignment puts his own musical ambitions in tension with the opportunity he is supposed to secure for the label. The premise brings romance and comedy together with questions about choosing a career, pursuing success, and what an artist may have to compromise to get an opportunity. Disney Brasil’s series guide outlines the story and format.
Who created the series, and who is in it?
Felipe Simas and Raphael Montes created Tá Tudo Certo. Disney Brasil credits Simas with directing and executive producing; Montes co-created and wrote it. Musicians Rubel and Julia Mestre also contributed to writing and music creation. The cast draws on Brazil’s contemporary music scene, including Ana Caetano, Pedro Calais, Vitão, Toni Garrido, Rubel, Julia Mestre, and Clara Buarque.
The performers’ names are part of the concept, not evidence that the series is a documentary or a literal account of their lives. Ana Caetano plays the fictional Ana, and the creators’ alternate-universe description makes clear that the characters borrow only some aspects of the artists’ personas.
How many episodes are there?
Tá Tudo Certo is a four-episode miniseries. Disney Brasil’s 2023 guide says the episodes were released together. Montes characterized its tone as both “good vibes” and realistic, while describing its central tension as the pressure young people face to decide early what they want to do with their lives. Those themes are part of the fictional story, not a documentary claim about the performers.
