“Siempre tú y yo de la mano” fue el título del mensaje romántico que Ximena Duque escribió para su esposo, Jay Adkins, y que él compartió en febrero de 2025. No anunciaba una ruptura: hablaba de compromiso, apoyo mutuo y familia mientras Duque atravesaba un cambio profesional. Desde entonces, también cambió esa situación: en octubre de 2026 anunció su regreso a Farmasi.
Qué dijo Ximena Duque en su mensaje a Jay Adkins
People en Español publicó el mensaje el 13 de febrero de 2025 con el título “Siempre tú y yo de la mano”. Duque escribió sobre elegir a una pareja tanto en los días felices como ante las dificultades y los sueños que parecen imposibles. En el texto reproducido por el medio, dijo: “Siempre he creído que cuando eliges a alguien para compartir tu vida, estás eligiendo caminar de la mano, no solo en los días felices, sino también en los días difíciles, en los retos y en los sueños que parecen imposibles”.
El mensaje también expresaba la confianza de Duque en su relación: “No somos perfectos, pero juntos somos invencibles. Siempre te escogeré, una y otra vez, porque contigo todo tiene sentido”. Adkins compartió el texto; la cobertura no lo presentó como un anuncio de separación.
Por qué el comunicado se relacionó con un cambio profesional
La nota de People en Español vinculó la publicación con la salida de Duque de Farmasi, que ella había anunciado días antes. Según esa cobertura, Duque no estaba de acuerdo con una cláusula; el medio relacionó el asunto con un posible conflicto de intereses porque Adkins trabajaba con el parche X39. La noticia contó que Duque había optado por priorizar a su familia.

Es importante distinguir esa explicación periodística de una confirmación contractual: la cobertura consultada no incluyó el contrato ni una declaración oficial de Farmasi que verificara los términos de la cláusula. Por ello, no puede afirmarse como hecho que la empresa confirmara ese motivo.
Qué cambió después: Duque anunció su regreso a Farmasi
La salida de 2025 no describe la situación actual. El 1 de octubre de 2026, Duque anunció que regresaba a Farmasi, según informó People en Español al día siguiente. En una entrevista publicada el 2 de octubre, Duque describió la pausa como una decisión familiar, dijo que Adkins la apoyó y señaló que ahora él la acompaña en el negocio. Esos datos posteriores dan contexto a la frase sobre afrontar cambios juntos, pero no alteran el sentido original del mensaje: era una declaración de amor y apoyo a su esposo.
