Qué se sabe de cada historia
Eiza González: cirugía tras una lesión, según declaraciones recogidas por Univision
Univision informa que González habló en 2011 de haberse intervenido la nariz y reproduce una explicación que le atribuye: “Me rompí la nariz con un tubo jugando a las escondidas y luego me sometí a la cirugía estética”. La página recoge declaraciones anteriores; esta cita debe entenderse como la versión publicada por Univision, no como una transcripción primaria verificada aquí. Univision
Lele Pons: una intervención que describió como la única cirugía
El Comercio Perú reproduce una respuesta atribuida a Pons en una entrevista difundida en video: “Es la única cosa que yo me hice fue la nariz y después los brackets para corregir la dentadura, me arreglé un poquito el pelo y me puse un poquito más flaca y tuve más color”. La cita y la referencia a la entrevista son tal como las presenta el medio; el video original no quedó verificado. El Comercio Perú

Belinda: fechas y motivo atribuidos a People en Español
En su galería publicada el 31 de marzo de 2021, People en Español afirma que Belinda se sometió a dos rinoplastias, en 2009 y 2012, por problemas de salud. No se dispone aquí de una fuente primaria que corrobore los dos procedimientos, las fechas o el motivo; por eso, esos detalles deben atribuirse a la publicación y no presentarse como hechos confirmados independientemente. People en Español

Qué no se puede concluir de las fotografías o los elogios

Una comparación fotográfica o un elogio estético no demuestra por sí solo qué procedimiento se realizó, quién lo hizo, qué técnica se empleó ni cuál fue el resultado médico.

Las fuentes citadas tampoco permiten evaluar riesgos individuales, satisfacción de las pacientes o detalles clínicos. Para estas tres historias, lo defendible es distinguir entre declaraciones atribuidas y datos publicados por un medio, y conservar esa atribución cuando se mencionan motivos o fechas.
