A 2026 Sports Illustrated/Fannation Wrestling article estimates his net worth at $2–5 million and reports an annual salary of $8 million, but it supplies no contract or other primary documentation. Separate 2024 reporting says McIntyre signed a three-year WWE deal and that its financial terms were not disclosed.
What is Drew McIntyre’s net worth?
There is no verified public figure for McIntyre’s personal net worth in the sources available. The $2–5 million range comes from Sid Pullar III’s April 1, 2026 article for Sports Illustrated/Fannation Wrestling. The same article’s prose describes his net worth as “around $2 million,” so even within that piece the estimate is not presented consistently as a precise total. Neither figure is an audited balance sheet or a disclosure from McIntyre or WWE.
The distinction matters: net worth is an estimate of assets minus liabilities, while a salary figure describes income over a period. Neither can be derived reliably from the other without knowing expenses, taxes, investments, debts, and other assets.
How much does Drew McIntyre make in WWE?
The same 2026 Sports Illustrated/Fannation Wrestling article reports an annual salary of $8 million, attributing it to reports. It does not provide an underlying contract or explain a verifiable calculation, and WWE has not publicly disclosed McIntyre’s compensation in the sources reviewed. Treat $8 million as an unconfirmed media-reported estimate, not an established WWE salary.

In an April 29, 2024 report, Figure Four Online said Dave Meltzer reported that McIntyre had signed a three-year contract. The report explicitly said the financial terms had not been disclosed. Meltzer was quoted as saying, “I don’t know that he’s getting it, I don’t know the number but right now, that’s the level he should be at.” That comment describes a compensation level Meltzer thought McIntyre should command; it does not confirm what WWE paid him.

What income sources are reported?

How did Drew McIntyre become a WWE champion?
WWE’s official profile traces McIntyre’s career from training as a teenager in Scotland through his first WWE run, which ended in 2014. After working outside the company, he returned in 2017. He won the 2020 Men’s Royal Rumble and defeated Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania 36 to claim his first WWE Championship.
WWE’s profile also lists the NXT Championship, tag-team championships, the World Heavyweight Championship, and the 2024 Men’s Money in the Bank win among his career highlights. Why the “Scottish Warrior” identity matters—but does not prove earnings
A 2023 academic article in Celebrity Studies, hosted by the University of the West of Scotland, examines how McIntyre’s “Scottish Warrior” persona is constructed and commercialized, including questions of identity and authenticity. It provides cultural context for his public brand, not evidence of his personal income, net worth, or WWE contract terms.
