How did the couple meet, and when did Lutes propose?
Vogue reported that Lovato and Lutes met in January 2022 during a studio writing session for one of Lovato’s albums. Lutes proposed in December 2023, just under two years later. Vogue described the proposal as a surprise at home, in a room decorated with roses and candles, with butterflies suspended from the ceiling.
